Sorry for the late answers as im not often checking OCT forum.
Well for found them you just log out of internet, and walk in street, you talk to some and ask them if they have friends that want to make some money too.
You will find it, its the most easiest task. You can as well just ask some people around you ( im not advising it as it let a trail behind you!)
