offshore company formation alternatives

After all the crap I have read about Belize company formation it is more or less a no go for me to proceed with any new company formation in Belize! What would you suggest is a great alternative to Belize jurisdiction? Seychelles is still great but only with @aurc docs otherwise they suck...
