Question Anybody here from Romania that has an offshore company?

I need to start an offshore company. Can someone please recommend me a reputable Romanian company that helps you with forming the company and paying your yearly taxes without having to go into the offshore company? I`m looking for an honest, reputable company, which ones from Romania would be in the top 3 best companies to work with.
