Should be possible that you could advice, where i can get it?

thanks a lot. We had call to the swiss phone number, and they said me they have not any Belgium ready made company.

I think the problem is that there are countries where incorporation and maintenance costs are low and there are plenty of shelf companies like the UK. There are plenty of companies registering companies on dates like 8.8.8, fancy registration numbers such as 6777777 or wanted names like A HOTEL LTD etc. and then just store it like others store domain names. This is favoured as such jurisdictions often do not have a commercial registry where company activities are reportable, hence you just incorporate with minimal ot no paperwork and then go from there.

Then, there are the continental European countries, where shelf companies are not really a business. This is on one side due to the high incorporation costs with notaries (typically about 1000 EUR), minimal capital requirements and reporting of company activities upon registration. But there are still companies, most often in the succession planning industry, that ocasionally take over companies that are no longer in use and sell the shell. As this industry is most often unregulated in those countries, there won't be any licences etc.
