What are the UK LLP accounting requirments? I'm looking for a solution for e-commerce stores just like the asker.

uk llp or us llc and live in panama or thailand. but... how will you get a brick and mortar bank account for this setup, like with the uk llp? without that, how are you gonna run a company? how would the uk llp non resident get a bank? no easy task i think.
