Can I sell to the US with my offshore company?

If I form a offshore company somewhere in the offshore jurisdictions, are their any limiattions on when I want to sell to the US?


Is it possible to sell to my customers and let them pay by credit cards, also the US customers?

Any business can sell to the US market. The only restrictions are those specific to the nature of the business/industry you are in. For example, if you plan to export to the US, you are subject to application Export Laws.
