Hi, Is moneybookers allows a chargeback like PayPal or it dun allows like e-gold? Is anyone knowing about it?
when I looked into them in Nov 2006 , I questioned this policy. On site they said merchants are PROTECTED against chargebacks - but their terms contradicted this. I wrote MB and their response is below:
We thank you for your inquiry and will try to clarify the situation with protecting funds and payments by moneybookers - in general, and in regard to the merchants as well.
I don't know what you guys think...
