I'm not sure what you mean by that, there is no such thing as a UK offshore company

The term "UK offshore company" does not compute. All UK companies are the same, regardless of where you happen to live.

You can just leave it if you want and don't pay to get rid of it, there is no one who is going to care about it, the company will just be dissolved.
