@azb1 @Igemon actually doesn't look like a scam/fake to me. The legal texts are all correct. They don't need AISP/PISP for the offered service. They have the allowance to do the following services as they have the EMD:
a) Services enabling cash placement on a payment account
b) Services enabling cash withdrawals from a payment account
c) Execution of payment transactions (not covered by a credit line)
d) Execution of payment transactions (covered by a credit line)
e) Issuing payment instruments or acquiring payment transactions
f) Money remittance
g) Execution of payment transactions via telecoms, IT system or network operator
h) Issuing Electronic Money

this is enough to run their offered services.

the prices are quite normal for this and actually even quite high like the 3% for BTC exchange. The 40% are for travel offers. It says upto 40%, means you may get 5%, sometimes 10% or whatever which is also quite normal in this industry. Especially for high luxury travels the travel agencies often have margins over 40%.. Doesn't look like Dark Web offers for me, haha :D

@Sols maaan, wasn't around here for like 4 months and Sols is a moderator, hehe. Congrats! Saw it now.

I believe more or less they try to lurk you into their business and that's impossible to gain the 40% discount on all products.

Yes, as always when something sounds too good to be true, it's probably not something you should invest all your last money in or bet the entire shop on. That's the fantastic thing about our OffshoreCorpTalk community, we can look back to the past and learn from the present.

They got shut down by FCA in the UK October 2023. It was working great for couple years... too bad
You are spreading fake information here and on The Kingdom Bank thread. This EMI got given some restrictions and requirements this August, but according to the FCA, Nyavo Limited has not lost its license or had any changes since then. It still has the needed features for operating this service.

Clubswan/Nvayo lost their banking services in the UK so any cash in the account has been locked -- the FCA put a restriction and has not mentioned why. So basically at this point millions of dollars is locked up and clients of ClubSwan cant get their money via wire transfer nor convert it into crypto. The Mastercard is no longer working, the Crypto wallets at Clubswan are working so if you have cypto can move it around .. its just a wallet at this point.
