How can I avoid or simply lower my businesses tax burden?

I have a onshore company in Spain and with the situation here I'm forced to reduce my costs! I already did so with everything hence only tax is left.


Do you have any idea what I can do with a offshore company?

There will be tax complication to transfer the shares from your onshore company to the offshore company if the onshore company already has started trading.
