I know it might have been talked here before but I want to remind people who does not know:

Puerto Rico does not share information about taxes and it costs less than 250 USD to incorporate there.

I wanted to share what I have learnt.

Please share more information as @Martin Everson suggested already. The more info the better. You may also share valid services that can help with the company registration.
