With web hosting, one of the biggest challenges is finding a payment processor. While for example India has a lot of web hosts, most that serve an international market are US or EU companies.

Switzerland is probably not a good choice. In this business, it offers almost no advantage over for example EU, where you can get lower taxes and much lower costs.

Singapore is fine, as you can get access to pretty good payment processing (PayPal, Stripe, Braintree).

The only advantage that Switzerland has is the perceived "privacy" of the jurisdiction.

Right or wrong that's why ProtonVPN started his business in Switzerland and is doing fine.

You can transpose the same concept with hosting.

Switzerland and Singapore are both good options for low tax countries for web hosting/SaaS businesses. Other suggestions include Malta, Cyprus, and the United Arab Emirates.
