Does Non-Resident Sole Proprietor with small business status in Georgia have to report all sole proprietor transactions to the Revenue Service in Georgia? Is there any tax liability for such transactions in Georgia? The thing is, on the government website it is written:

9. What is the taxable income of a small business, and at what rate?
o The taxable income for a small business consists of income from a Georgian source.
o The taxable income of a person with a small business status is taxed at 1 percent.
o The taxable income of a person with a small business status is taxed at 3 percent if the taxable income from economic activity exceeded GEL 500,000 during the calendar year (from the beginning of the month of exceedance to the end of the same calendar year). 9. Meaning the income coming not from a Georgian source is not taxable. Does that mean that you can be tax resident of another country and sell services to Europe as Georgian sole proprietor without having to report anything to Georgian tax authorities?
