Payoneer Alternatives ?

I'm looking for something like payoneer, a company that offers debit cards outside the SEPA region, because it seems like nobody can issue cards outside the SEPA region anymore ..

Made accounts with paysera and paxum which are the two main alternatives from what I found, but both only issue cards for people living in the EU.

I really need a debit card right now, doesn't matter if the account is Business or personal!

Not only payments not allowed with such countries, ANY relations are forbidden. They have very friendly support team, try to ask btw

what are the alternatives ? Or does the thread means there is no competition to Payoneer nor are there alternatives

Maybe paxum is the only real alternative?
