1) You will need to decide which jurisdiction you want your company incorporated, this will depend on what the purpose of the company is and what business strategy you have.
2) Find a reliable agent who can help you with the entire process from registering the company to opening of banking services, facilitatingof office address, phone etc.
3) Get yourselv established as a brand and start doing hassle free business.
You may want to know that most offshore jurisdictions don't require any paid in share capital, no accounting is required not annual tax report. Further, it's allowed to make loans from the company which in many western countries is prohibited.
