Our experience with BBCIncorp | Online Company Formation and Corporate Service involved:
-Hidden fees that were never clearly disclosed and upon investigation were entirely fictitious (they tried to charge $500 for something that costs $0, this was the trigger event leading to our investigation of their 'services')
-Repeated evasive and misleading communication, AKA Gaslighting (professional grade gaslighting to be clear)
-Referrals to unsafe third parties with a known history of scamming
-Promised services abandoned whilst still incomplete
-A business model based on quietly farming clients out for commissions, not actually serving them
-Review manipulation to hide real customer experiences
