Problem with this is similar to Channel Islands with Jersey, Isle of Man etc. that still majority of the Banks don't use SEPA Transfers - for Example in Channel Islands I'm only aware of Barclays International having SEPA Payments while Standard Bank International, Santander Bank International and non of the smaller Banks use SEPA at all.

While you have then Jurisdiction every Bank has SEPA access like in the UK and Monaco.

In Serbia, every bank is obligated to participate in IPS ( instant payment system in in country) and all transfers are instant.
So i think every bank will support Sepa.
Ones which do not, they will simple loose clients.
I sent payout of 15.000 EUR few days ago via Swift, and fee was 60 EUR.

Yes, Serbia Banks are not the best to work with - back then Serbian Clients claimed weeks of Processing Time for SWIFT EUR Payments from UAE to Serbia.

From my experience, and i receive lot of Swifts ( and send ), processing time for payout is +1 day max ( mostly same day ).
For receive of funds, from same day, to + 2 days.
Revolut Uk -> Raiffeisen bank, max 1 hour.

same here from Wise -> Raiffeisen bank almost instant if in opening hours of Raiffeisen bank.
