Hi
It is a general question about transfer of assets. Say company A registered in UK for some reason want to close it and start with same name after two months to keep same name.
Can company hire legal successor for the company transfer assets to it , close the company, start new company and transfer all assets from custodian company back to it?
Thank you in advance.

As seen from the viewpoint of the corporate entity. No money flow, no documents means no transfer at all.
The custodian can manage the asset in the name of the entity, but he can't just "transfer" it from entity to entity. Right now the asset belongs to a corporate entity, and to "transfer" the entity, it needs to be sold and capital gain will be taxed. That's why the taxmen will also look if the market value you sold it for is realistic.
Your "custodian" or "trust" solution like you want to do it only works in movies.

if something is on lease ant therefore not owned by the company it's not it's asset... . Then the real owner should cancel the lease and make a new contract with the other entity.

This discussion is not going anywhere. You didn't do your homework and have no idea about the simplest rules and laws. I would suggest you to consult a lawyer or you will do a harakiri move...
