Zenus bank is closing my account

Dear all

Zenus gave me a deadline to close my account for unknown reasons

Giving a deadline is great thing from this bank not like other closing it without even telling you about it and stay closed for months

But I really wanna know why they did that?

This bank was very great bank it has correspondent from JPMORGAN CHASE so it was so stable bank for me

I never had any problem except when i was mistakenly doing a wrong transaction procedure that was delaying my payment receiving from my company and once they informed me how to do it its either same day or second day i have it in my account

Is this happened with all or its just me?

You can see in the email, they are moving to only business and BaaS services.

Yes, TBMK, it happened to everyone, including me and several people I asked, the email came a few hours ago.

I have the same feelings, it is (was?) a nice and reliable bank with strong correspondents and easy to use for simple deposits and spending.

No other bank with same banking service ?

I felt like VIP with them even tho i only do 5 figures with them only and i was planning to go higher
