Hi! I’ve read all your posts about the non-dom + US LLC setup , thanks, it was super helpful.

The 60-day opaque election tip was especially valuable. Your explanation of how to avoid PE/PoEM risks also made a lot of sense.

That said, I haven’t been able to find a CSP or tax lawyer willing to support this. Most call it a “grey zone” and push for the expensive Malta Ltd + Cyprus Holding setup, which I’d prefer to avoid.

Could you recommend the CSP/advisor you worked with? It would really help to have someone who’s actually familiar with this approach and not only push for the costly Maltese LTD.
