I don't get! You live in a tax haven i.e. you don't have to pay any tax right!?! So your tax regime does not like money from the Seychelles, I would then go for a UK company and take the money home tax free. Or do it with a Cyprus company if you have the money. It's easy regardless which of the jurisdictions you choose.

I heard in the past about uk llp, are they tax and vat exempt for income from Seychelles?
What if I have to invoice a ue company? Can the company have a nominee director?

Do you live in Monaco? There are no more tax heavens in Europe as far as I know. There are non dom systems and remittance basis of taxation but it's not actually a tax heaven

Just tell people where you are. People are going to be more inclined to help you with relevant information rather than wasting their time.

Behind the computers you guys are all lions! I was talking about a serious structure, I wasn't looking for @GiGoGo proposing me to setup a us company in Delaware; it's a solution that is being sold everywhere and from everyone.

For example I had a meeting with a (paid) consultant and I was offered 2 proposals (that are more suitable for me) > Trust in Wyoming or South Dakota.
