Hi Goodmorning,
I am an Italian citizen.
I am an entrepreneur and I have a limited liability company.
I produce and market the products it is time to register the brands of the lines.
I would also like to open an export to the countries of Eastern Europe and Morocco.
I was thinking of opening a holding company in the Netherlands to register the ownership of the brands.
The Dutch company gives the brands to the Italian company, which pays royalties.
I do not know if it is also convenient to register the shares of the Italian company.

Wonder if this is convenient and feasible.
or ask if you have any other ideas.

I want to keep my residence in Italy

thank you

Netherlands substance requirements for the holding company are extensive so prepare to have deep pockets like 100k a year in costs minimum to prevent it being a CFC. I discussed Netherlands companies here. You will need a real employee with a real salary and a real office etc.

Yes it's possible.

You never mentioned anything about needing to save taxes so I would say the other idea is to use your Italian company to do it all.
