Euro Pacific bank is a scam

I think the only progress was the document of the central tribunal of criminal instruction in Portugal saying they have decided to release the freeze. With a document like that, I thought a decent lawyer would easily sort this out... but yeah, we asked so many times who the lawyer is but still not answer.
Then we have this article saying our funds will be paid within 2 months Clientes de bancos internacionales recuperan su dinero
But yeah, that's frustrating to see Peter blaming everything instead of focusing on solutions.
The Portuguese lawyer's name is on the legal document if I am not mistaken as it was sent to him:

We are dicussing here how to release our funds and meantime the money does not exist. That is the black scenario that seems to be more true to me with every next day. I really doubt those money were secured. Rather used for risky investments. The whole thing was about the money. Not we are the beneficiary in this fairytale.
 
For customers that have opted out I understood the negative rates do not effect the initial outgoing wire transfer total amount as the transfer request was made before the negative rates. Can someone confirm this? If this is not true and opt out funds are deducted with negative rates this is an absolute robbery. At this rate customers will have no more funds to transfer.

Everybody that has more than 100.000€ is being charged -0.60%, every single day they are deducting money from my Euro current account.
Euro Pacific said that they were starting to charge negative rates on Euro deposits above 100K and that they would stop charging negative rates once the ECB would start hiking rates. That happened last year, interest rates in the Euro zone have gone from -0.50% to +3.75% during the last year, however the bank is still charging us -0.60%.
At the moment there isn't a single bank in the world that is charging negative rates on Euro deposits, as a matter of fact banks are paying interest on Euro deposits, only Qenta/the Receiver are doing this.

I find it shameful and disgraceful how we are being treated by Qenta and the Receiver, charging us account fees every single month, plus negative rates on Euro deposit, plus the absolute lack of information given to us during the past 10 months, every single deadline given to us went by and nothing happened. If it wasn't because Peter has been given us some information on this forum, we wouldn't know anything at all.

Right now we don't know if Novo has the deposit, or if they are willing to return them, the famous freeze was lifted more than 2 months ago.
We also don't know if we will end up losing some of our money after the Receiver is done charging for his services.

How did we get so unlucky, every party involved in this process, the Commissioner, the Receiver, Qenta, and Novo bank, they are all useless scammers taking advantage of our money with no end in sight.


I hope Peter can take legal action against the useless Receiver and make him pay for being so incompetent.

Nothing that you said in this comment can be denied without providing valid evidence to the contrary. The behavior to date clearly underlines what you said.

I wish there was something that we could do, but if Peter wasn't even able to get the Receiver to do his part in order to get $500K that was owed to the bank, which would have helped to pay for his services, then all that we can do is keep on waiting.

It's obvious by now that the Receiver is not on top of things, how did he ignore the chance of getting half a million dollars for the bank, it's gross negligence.
I really hope Peter can take legal action and hold the Receiver accountable for his lack of action.

All this is ridiculously, and we are paying for it, literally!

We should not care about software or any other issue they may have. They are supposed to be in condition to fully operate. Any delay of this type is causing not justifiable damages to us. We are in condition to ask for active revenue interests for the money detained this way, start a single or class action and clearly accuse them of default. Either Europacific and Novo fuc**g bank. And threat them like dirty and squalid debtors as they actually are.

The liar Commissioner, The useless Receiver & blood sucking Qenta are the ones responsible, more than 10 months of waiting and they couldn't anticipate that they were going to need some special "software" to process the wire transfers??? This is all ridiculous, and let's not even think about the fact that they continue to charge us account fees & negative rates on Euro deposits, and on top of that it seems that the lack of action by the useless Receiver has caused the bank to lose $500K, which may end up coming out of our pockets.

What the hell is going on???
