Has anyone genuinely use this bank fore his business. Are they scam or real. They have great score in trust pilot, but I also see that trust pilot marked them as scam. They want me to pay 2500 eur for eur account and iban. I really see this as scam. If anyone has used them in the past, or currently using them, then please confirm here. All the signs I see is scam

Not very promising service level from their UAE entity. They send you a link to a Goodle Meet when you inquire with them - and then proceed not to attend either of the two calls.

They could have just got a decent corporate client, but we will now go elsewhere.

If my experience with Kingdom is anything to go by, avoid scheduling a Calendly call. I just waited for over 30 minutes for a call they sent an invite for and did not attend. Sending emails to their team email address asking them to attend did not bear fruit, despite my emails having been open and read while I was waiting to be let in the call.

Some people just seem to need to be negative all the time, complaining about anything and everything, they jump at the slightest opportunity.

Kingdom Bank is legitimate. They've been around on OCT for a long time, and I have no issue with them charging $1,500 if that’s what they do. If you don’t like it, then simply don’t use them. Find another bank, go with an EMI, or stick to crypto.

There’s no reason to come here and smear a company when you clearly have no direct experience with Kingdom Bank.

Yes, people smear them for no reason whatsoever, because they have absolutely nothing better to do. Of all the things that one could be doing, nothing is more important than really going for Kingdom.

I’m not saying it’s wrong to speak up if you’re dissatisfied, in fact, you should voice your concerns. But constantly complaining about every single service isn’t helpful.

If that’s the pattern, maybe it’s time to look inward and consider whether there’s something you could change to avoid ending up in these situations over and over again.
