Thanks for your reply. At point n.6 you checked YES and entered the last 4 digits of your account number, but it says "last 4 digits of the DEBTOR's account". I'm the creditor and not the debtor, are you sure I should check YES?

As I understand the trustee reports he is stillon holding about 30 million dollars of opt-ins money.
But the whereabouts of the transferred metals I dont see anything about.

If he transfers the cash funds to Qenta and it goes wrong i’m sure there are grounds for lawsuits so that’s maybe why he has not done it yet.

You cannot access your online banking anymore, you should have saved a bank statement 2 years ago when it was still possible
