If residence permit if what you need then you can get it for under $5000 by registering business in free trade zone. I think Latvia Golden Visa is much better . You can get a 10 Yr visa by investing 50k Euros in a business..which will give access to EU

It is cheaper to just register a business, yeah, but having a golden visa makes your life much simpler. Copied from twitter:

On top of that, EVERY YEAR you have to pay to renew both your company and your visa. And if your visa is tied to a company, you’re required to enter the country at least once every six months, otherwise the visa is canceled. Seems UAE already denied the possibility of obtaining the Golden Visa through TON stacking (unless they will change their minds in the following weeks ofc).
