Thats why I said Serbia. Serbia has a citizenship by merit programme just inform yourself. I am not referring to a fake or scam programme

it's far from cheap considering the geopolitical reputation of the country... is it at least "instant" and without bulls**t requirements?

I will add that a Serbian passport could be of immense utility depending on one’s personal situation. “Worth it” is very much dependent on circumstances.
