I was wondering if there are other offshore jurisdictions where you have to renew the company before it is 1 year old? I know for sure that Seychelles and Cyprus don't have this stupid regulations as Belize has!!

Note that if you are in the middle of a year as of now, then you have to renew a Belize company already in 6 months even though it is not 1 year old. I just found out of this.. damn!!

You can request company history of a Delaware company. It's really not difficult!

They have lot's of requirements that don't even has relevance in matters of banking with them. my guess is they want the information because they need to know who you are.
