Which countries have life time company registration for one price

Malta Business Registry requires an annual return to "renew" a company registration, with penalties for late filing. Their fee starts at €85 and increases depending on your share capital and how you submit the return. https://mbr.mt/annual-returns/

will Europe Tax the s**t out of me with this residency set up?

This. Your setup is complicated, and also is at risk of failing if your circumstances change slightly over time. Maybe you have to stay in Spain for longer than usual one year. Or maybe you don't rent it on airbnb for a while, which would mean it's a home for you even if you're not there. I...

Living 'Tax-Free' in Europe: Flying Under the Radar on Savings Alone?

In your first post you asked, "Is it feasible to 'legally evade taxes' in Spain or Portugal". The short answer is no, it's not. Wherever you live, you will be paying taxes. You won't be able to purchase goods without paying VAT. You won't be able to own real estate without at least paying...

    EMI for Maltese company

DM seems restricted here. But maybe you could post here again when Revolut reopens Maltese onboarding?

Hey Tony, so far no further complications arose since Wise obtained the company's trading address. Touching wood!

Swiss banking is dead and buried

Keep buying the lows/dips. In a few years those lows you bought will never be seen again, and the volatility you do still see will all be positive return. I don't think people would bought BTC below 15k worry about volatility much now. Those prices will never be seen again. It's just maths.

What is the best EMI alternative to Wise?

Ok, makes sense. But I'm still of the opinion the asset risk is much lower with Tether than with a bank. Especially for the little guys without an army of lawyers. :) However, those days might be numbered. When Ethereum eventually gets captured by regulators and banksters, Tether will be...

What is the best EMI alternative to Wise?

I don't understand the distinction. Freezing risk is a counterparty risk.

What is the best EMI alternative to Wise?

What makes you say this? My opinion is that USD fiat in a bank like Deltec can easily be frozen due to the arbitrary internal policy of the bank. Whereas freezing USDT I believe requires a court order or demand from a 3 letter agency.

    Real estate in Montenegro

I'm curious why you would want to trade your crypto for real estate, as opposed to just renting real estate or borrowing against your crypto? I can't imagine real estate ever being a better investment than crypto (Bitcoin).

Basically what i've been saying - Bitcoin=liquidity / crypto outperforms debasement.

The BTC/USD chart has been up only since Bitcoin was created. Technically no one has lost any money, except those who bought and sold at the wrong times, or who were irresponsible with their assets. One can fix these things with deeper learning, patience, and capital management. On the...

24 and 100K on the side

I'm intrigued by these stablecoin allergies. What are the downsides or risks? Compared to the 70+% downside risk on BTC, and the frozen account risk on banks/EMIs. Yea, law thugs do the same with bank accounts I think? But at least your ERC20 wallet won't freeze itself and demand KYC or SOF.

    EMI for Maltese company

Hi there, could you possibly share what fees Finductive is charging your Maltese business, please? A problem I've had with Currenxie and a Maltese company account is that it seems to be impossible to obtain anything more than their Hong Kong multi-currency account. Applying for their UK or EU...

    Wise business trading address

Just an update. Over a year has passed, and still no problems or any more questions from Wise. The business is still trading the same as before. Touching wood.
