I am asking this question on the offshore forum as I wish to recieve a response that goes into greater detail than the comments that have been posted before, as a result I've given it a post yesterday so I can further my own...
Is it true that tax haven companies/trusts can open bank accounts anywhere? E.g. a company in the Cayman Islands can technically have both a bank account in London and in New York?
Neat, so you need a US Credit History to open up an American Amex, how do you go about building this? Or perhaps copying over the history of your native country's Credit History to help?
How do people get an AmEx card whilst on paper being based in the US? I'm guessing you'd need to have a US bank account in say Wyoming or Nevada, right?
Surely someone would've figured out a rough guide like 'spend at most 37 days in each country, as I've never had one see that as long enough to get taxed'
