Why would you need to do that. If you send them an e-mail or contact them by phone in business hours it should work for you. However, Interesting question, in what case would you need to be able to get in touch with the director (nominee or not) 24 / 7 ? Just wondering since you made the question.

Personally I have had my account with 2 banks in Cyprus since 2010 no issues at all. I still prefer to have my customers to pay me directly to the accounts there rather then St. Vincent!
You wrote that you can travel to open the account so you can form a HK company and open an account in HK with HSBC! I did that for a year ago, there are annual high costs for filing tax and accounting however for me it's worth it.
They are stupid and totally retards because when you rent someone your company and they are doing business their name will not appear anywhere nor will they sign anything on behalf of the company not as shareholder not as director, and who do you think will stand by with all the troubles...
Cyprus is a great start when it comes to offshore banking. Once you have been through the process you want to prepare your documents and get another account in some of these so called tax heavens. It's always good to have a second option available.
