Paypal saw that I did not authorize such an action. The IP address used to log into my account was a Canadian IP address. The guy over the phone even saw that. They refused to give up my money for the longest time when they knew.

There is nothing you can really do. You provide a service which is an intangible item. Meaning it doesn't exist in real life or is something you can touch in your hand. That is a big issue with Paypal right now.

I personally think Personal accounts are too personal. I don't want random people buying my stuff on Ebay to know my name. They can find my Facebook and etc. A small business name doesn't hurt.

Wow. I've been complaining about that since forever! I remember when I got a payment for something over Ebay, they took a good $10 out before. I am glad they got rid of the fees. It is ridiculous.

I don't know what people think is so good about her voice. Her voice isn't modern and it sounds awkward. She is way overrated BUT inspite of this, I feel for her. The pressure mounted and that is why she needed the hospitalization.

Well the media is really in the business to get ratings. To get ratings, they know people want to hear tragic/bad/saddening stuff. You can't blame them for doing what is best for the business. Who wants to hear about kitties finding new homes instead of a new war with North Korea?

As much as I hate North Korea, I must say that is what those journalists get for entering illegally. They ran the risk in hope of getting the story of their career! North Korea is trying to use those journalists as bargining chips. I hope the US doesn't budge. We must stand strong on this issue.

The big difference is that under a Business Paypal account, you are using a Business name instead of your own personal name. So when someone is sending you a payment/money, they are sending it to your business's name, not your name. You are the owner of the account though.

Personal and Premier accounts will show the user's full name. If you want to hide your name under your Business's name, go and make a Business account. I personally prefer Business accounts.

You are very lucky. Someone used a keylogger on my computer and got my information for my Paypal account and took $1000 out of my account. It took me a little over 11 months to get my $1000 back. My account was frozen and locked in the process too. Never used Paypal ever again.
