Yah sure! Going there in August to set things up. just an exploratory trip and to get a Paraguay PR. Paraguay is the largest exporter of Hydro electricity in the world = very very cheap electricity. So......any energy intensive business venture will surely thrive in this environment. Just need to look hard!!! 
I have done a bit of Crypto mining and looking for local partners to start a small setup, maybe we can connect up, and you can be a 'sleeping' partner for passive income. I see first whether it is viable and operationally easy to do.
