Are there any other alternatives to Stripe, with live processing of debit and credit cards? My Stripe account got blocked due to high risk and Maxpay didn't accept me. My company is in US and I'm using Payoneer.

is there a limit to top up an account in advcash? also, I couldn't find limits regarding transfer between accounts
