Hello, I want to incorporate a company in Cyprus and register the company for VAT! I know this is possible, but can you let me know if it is a issue if I don't trade at all the first say 1 or 2 years?

I belive that speaking the new world order it won't be possible soon to evade tax as we know it until today. a 4th or even more layered structure may be a solution to get rid of the tax man far enough but pushing millions of euro's will get your cought sooner or later I believe.

I don't think much will change, they comply to the latest OECD recommendation so everyone will be fine with their Seychelles IBC.

LoL I wonder why:tongue: What other bank would you recommend to open a bank account? It need to be a stable bank.

For ultra protection of my anonymity I need 2 or 3 offshore companies I read! So if I don't want to spend that much money on setup costs can a simple Seychelles IBC still help me achieve my goals? What you think?

I agree totally that this setup is protecting once identity and ownership relations, however, for the vast majority of the users of this forum it will not comply to their budget.
