All the talk about ID company I don't understand. I got a great setup that has to be noted is LEGIT and where I don't pay any tax in my home country Italy.

I don't have tp åay tax from the companies income in Italy (because of DTA) that was one of my main concerns. There are ways to get the money out of the Cyprus company and avoid tax just only smaller but still substantial amounts.

We setup a Cyprus resident company with nominees to start with and until we have employed a director and staff. We are actually walking around with some real estate to renting a factory / office building in Cyprus.

We went with a Cyprus company resident with nominees to start out and until we have found a director who we employ directly. The setup is legit says Deloitte for our import / export business of food.

I try to avoid to pay tax. It seems not possible and that it's better to go for a tax reduction. I have a meeting with deloitte tomorrow who I will discuss this with at the phone they told me Cyprus or Malta and DTA's are excelent for my needs.

We will need a director in Cyprus and a office o avoid the tax in Italy i.e Portugal. we are using DTA for this. I have a meeting with Deloitte tomorrow. They offered a 1 hour free meeting :)

I want to trade with a company that don't has to pay much tax! Cyprus only has 10% company tax I read which is perfect for me.

So no solution:s-confused: just posting useless information??

Guys I thank you for your help. Together with my tax consultant I build a strtcure that do what I'm looking for. There are a few offshore entities set up.

I was wondering since Cyprus is EU and Italy is too can we use nominees in Cyprus company if it want to trade with my Italy company?

So if I give them access they will run! How can I avoid to give them access.
