In my particular circumstance I needed a legal entity in Europe to accept SEPA payments from European clients. Transferwise is perfect for it. I did not care about privacy and my business is very transparent and very legal.

The only way to to fill the statement is to send the paper form. And the only way to pay is to send the cheque along with it.

My Scottish LP did not have any business activities or had any income in the UK. The partners are natural persons who have never been to the UK. I understand that I do not have to pay any taxes BUT do I have to fill any tax return?

With my Scottish LP I easily opened a business account with Transferwise. Now I accept money in EUR from my customers from Europe. I am so happy with Transferwise that I did not try to open a real account elsewhere.
I recently opened a Scottish LP with the help of 1stchoice-formations co uk. They are the cheapest of what I have found. But I was not very happy with their communication - sometimes it took them a couple days to answer a simple question. But ultimately they did what they advertised.
