  I live in Bangladesh and I opened a PayPal Cyprus account. I have not verify the account. Now I cannot send money to anyone and can't payment. They are telling "sorry, we weren't able to complete your payment at this time. Please try again later". I have used my Bangladeshi information to open the account. Now not understanding what to do.
