I'm interested in setting up Shopify Payments. I have an LTD in the UK but I reside in France where Shopify Payment is not available. So they keep rejecting me.
I would suggest you do some research about the Estonian e-residency. It will likely allow you to get a physical bank account within the EU (Swedbank for example).
