If i was to open just a regular offshore bank account in either Cyprus or Seychelles does the price include a debit card? i noticed that it said optional so i was just wondering if there are some extra fees involved.

I should have mentioned in the above post that i also read in another article regarding the FATCA that The disclosure requirements are not required for citizens who have under $50,000 in foreign accounts. that's why i was asking in my previous posts.

" There is also a de-minimis exemption where U.S. persons who maintain no more than US$50,000 in accounts with the same institution will not be affected by the new disclosure requirements."...
so does this mean that any US citizen with say an offshore company in the Seychelles and an offshore bank account in Cyprus would be reported to the IRS?
I have been looking into the "OCP1" package provided by cclogic that offers a seychelles ibc, an office address in seychelles, cyprus bank account, debit card and internet banking.
When I start the process of setting up my offshore company and bank account do I get to pick the bank or is one...
why would anybody need a card from that person?
doesn't cclogic offer the anonymous debit cards themselves? or was that just offered in the corporation packages?
