well I dont know how elaborated you want your logo to be. you can always find free services like logo maker, name cheap has very good one by the way, also, on fivrr you can get good logos for a low budget..

prepaid cc its everythere (gas stations, supermarkets..) you want a normal cc ? i think its even more common than prepaid, just get a bank account (there are ton of advices here where you can get bank accounts) open, ask for a card, be happy!
