Seychelles Company - Residencey In High Tax County

I am looking at moving my company/banking to Seychelles. Given that I live in a high tax country I have come up with a plan outlined below. Would love some feedback to see if this is a viable option for my situation. Hold all savings offshore in Seychelles. Pull out x amount per week for...

    Georgian Company set up

I am interested in a Georgian Company set up but have a few queries if anyone is familiar with this set up. So from my research, there is only tax paid when shareholders withdraw money? If I invoice the Georgia company from my other company in my home country then this is considered as a...

    Australian E-commerce

I'm not even an Australian Citizen. Happy to contribute 20k a year or so in tax to live there but my whole global company's income being taxed by them and losing 500k + each year isn't even an option for me im afraid.

    Australian E-commerce

Yeah I'm a perpetual traveller with an nz passport, however have spent most of my adult life in Australia but have no assets there etc. I was thinking to get residency elsewhere, go to Australia for 6 months, nz for 6 months etc etc. Just can't really own any properties etc but well worth it...

    Australian E-commerce

Not as easy as you'd think. Regardless of where your company is incorporated, you are an Australian resident for tax purposes and Australia tax you on your world wide income. You'll end up paying the difference. By the way its 8.25% in Hong Kong on the first 2 million hkd. And regardless of all...

    Merchant processing selling sarms

Yeah square originally shut me down. I then signed up under a separate business to use their card readers and they shut me down again. Guessing my name is blacklisted with them. And yeah heard they're accepting CBD now on an "invite only" basis or something. Probably just for businesses doing...

    Receive money from overseas bank

Captk - Can you assist with all of this? Ready to form in Mauritius or Seychelles and get an introduction to one of the banks you mention here. I've messaged you previously but no response, do I need to pay extra to have access to private messages on here? Cheers.

Best Offshore Company for a person with 0% tax residency Lets say a person is a resident of a country with 0% tax or is a tax resident of nowhere. Where is the best place to bank and incorporate? Zero to little tax, ease of setting everything up remote? For an e-ccomerce business so image of...

    Registering a Romanian Micro Company

Has anyone had experience with registering a Romanian micro company? - With 1 or 3% tax for revenue less than 1 million euros per financial year sounds very appealing. - Is setting up a bank account there an issue? - Anything else I should know about or any reason not to go down this route...

    Merchant processing selling sarms

Most high risk processors are for domestic Business in the USA, I needed a solution for my company and clients elsewhere. T1 work with international clients. Found them because 2 associates in the industry also use them. Works out to be about 5% to them, 5% reserve and daily payouts every 5...

    Merchant processing selling sarms

We sell CBD oil and struggled for ages, stripe, square, PayPal etc lasted days before each were shut down. Ended up going with T1 payments in the US, onboarding was a little painful but can't fault them with the payouts, reserve etc. As far as I'm aware they only bother onboarding companies...

    High Risk Payment processor cardgate.online

We use T1 payments, not sure if they're suitable for you though. I'm pretty sure you need to be already doing 10k+ USD in sales per month for them to bother onboarding you. I don't remember paying anything like 1500 to sign up which is a plus.
