    I have never heard of someone telephoning paypal I have always received an answer i I email them though they are good at answering them, most of the time lol

    I think it is reputation as people know paypal is safe and secure it is also cheap to use and fast with thransactions.

    I have friends that are charged by paypal when they are paid money and other people who arent? Any ideas why this is?

    Good link although it only works in certain areas, my daughter has a phone and she has to top it up with her own money so she tends to be a lot more careful.

    I honestly dont believe there will be although it would be fantastic if they could I think it is like cancer, they just cant seem to find a cure!
