You don't have one public? that's actually good I have seen Agent firms that publish their stock of ready-made / dormant companies which is stupid and dump asking me.

If you are doing business in Europe then Cyprus is still one of the best places in Europe to headquarter your company, it is opening the boarders to the Europen businesses and makes things much easier in terms of delivery and payments.

Does it mean it requires you to have €500,000 in cash + EUR 15,000 to get this license? that would be the same as in Cyprus but still cheaper when compared to UK and rest of Europe.

I just wonder what is this stronger protection when it comes to simple offshore entity registration? Wonder if I need something better than just a company for instant Trust or Foundation I heard is much more safe today when compared to company with nominee director and shareholder, true? Where...
