Yes Simon, with a non-dutch director we need to proof the substance of the company in NL such as: real office, contracts with partners in NL, import from an not EU countires. We have already do everything and the servise provider sent all info to the Tax Office.

Yes, please take kindly attention within 2 weeks if there is a dutch director. Yes correct is a BV No it's not a foundation but a BV, if we have set up an holding we don't need a VAT number

It's a good services for a simple LTD (with same director and shareholder), the things could be change if the structure is more complex. They, time to time, ask about KYC. So it's not a good idea create a simple LTD and change the structure after .....

I think, it's a difficult situation and it will be a really difficult to get a refund from them.

It's a really simple point: with Wise if you receive a payment from a EU customer and the payment comes from a bank (no EMI) there is not any problem also for large payment (150/200k)
