It was just an hypothetical example to do the calculations and prove my point Of course, as I said since the beginning the money would be kept in the company for the next 3-5 years as retained dividends. I will cash out only after relocating my tax residency in a low (or zero) individual tax...

I think it shouldn't be a big deal to hire a local director (CSP nominee), rent an office space in a shared facility and maybe rent a physical server too (the business is IT intensive so it makes sense). How much we're talking about? For sure less than 15k/year alltogether In Switzerland...

Thanks for your message. If you’re a CSP in Malta I would appreciate to double check with you If my activity (or part of it) might fall under the Financial Market Act, please send me a private message. If you’re not, can you suggest one? Thanks

Bottom line, what is the effective tax rate achievable? 5%? and no withholding tax on dividends? Are there any particular requirements/restriction to take into account (i.e. related to economic activity)? What are the requirements in terms of substance? (i.e. local office, director, employees, etc)

Yes i know spanish bureaucracy and i am well scared about it. I don't have familiarity with ZEC but it's good to have one more option for brainstorming. Regardless from the outcome, thank you @Marzio for your suggestion. And thank you @SCHLOSSFINANZ for yours. @CyprusLawyer101 I'd be happy to...

Thanks I didnt know about Canary ZEC at all. So if I am correct we're talking about 4% corporate income tax and 0% withhold tax right? I will have to assess thoroughly the requirements tho: It must make a minimum investment of 100,000 euros (in Gran Canaria or Tenerife) or 50,000 euros (in the...

Thanks for the advice, but I have the feeling Monaco is too expensive for my pockets. I believe there are cheaper places in the world with no or little personal income tax, like Qatar or the Caribbeans… I’ll keep your words in mind tho

Thanks for your message. If you wanted to have an holding company would you make it in Liechtenstein too? Do you think that having a local nominee as a director and shareholder + renting an office + renting a server + having board meeting there would be enough economic substance to stay under...

I am not really understanding what you mean: imagine the company gets incorporated in Malta, makes 1mio profit in five years, during which it doesn't distribute dividends, after that the UBOs relocate to UAE and after one year living in the UAE they distribute... I don't understand where the...

Dear all, there are two partners, one living in Spain and one living in Switzerland, who want to incorporate a company which shall trade B2B in a VAT exempt wholesale market. The only requirement for the company is to be incorporated into the European Single Market (= EU+EFTA) and to have a SEPA...
