I'm looking for a bank or financial institution that can open an account with a shared IBAN for a Seychelles or Delaware company; the only shareholder isn't European (this is the tricky part and why I'm not looking for an individual IBAN in Europe).
Thank you for your time.
Hello,
I need to setup asap an European company that buys wood from Bosnia and resell to Germany; can you suggest a cheap / easy solution?
Was considering Romania but I am interested to know if there are better solutions.
The members of LLP are taxed by transparency, if the LLP has an income the shareholders will have to pay taxes based on the income proportioned to their shares.
But still it the llp will make income and if the uk ltd has 1% of shares you’ll have to declare that and pay taxes on it so it won’t be dormant anymore.
As I said I know for sure that a friend of mine had such experience with an European tax authority (I saw the papers). They called him and asked (without mentioning n26) if he had any foreign bank account and why he didn’t declare it. At the end it was n26 with 2/3k on it.
Just checked a llp with shareholders (company) from Uruguay and on the register they say:
There are no persons with significant control or statements available for this company.
