Yeah sure, GSPay, hs been around for years, I think they are located in UK, some has said they are the same as UGSPay, the problem with them is the same over and over again, they process High Risk,, but they process the worst type of business, they take High Charge Back business or illegal...

Dont use them... That is all I can say about them...

Admin, that is not correct there are many company in Cost Rica that with the Proper Financial license those companies can open bank accts. But the license that we were discussing like the Data Processing now and days is quite impossible...
