I'm definitely not at all familiar with such kind of web-development but I can tell you that I think you don't have to put in the paypal subscription button. As you say that its a URL where you'll be notified, I think it really means that. Maybe they're asking you for your e-mail or something...

What should you do?? Simple.....ignore it. There are thousands of such scams which sound too good to be true. Anything of this sort should be ignored. You can easily identify genuine jobs.

I would prefer writing a brand new article every time you put it in a new directory. Because sometimes article directories might ban your account if you put up an article from a website which has a different name.
