BVI may be a good place for an Adult company next to Cyprus and Malta. They are tolerant in regards to Adult and you have plenty of options for banking and merchant account's even if most are using ccbill for they Adult processing.

If you don't need the company any longer then don't renew it just get it dissolved, that's it.

The good old question asked here a thousand times. Never get saturated :) Seychelles + Cyprus bank account works and still works in 2015!

You can pay any bill that is related to the company using the company's bank account or credit card it is 100% legit and you don't need to ask anyone.
